1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the European Union generally have the right to cancel a service within 14 days for any reason. However, specific exceptions apply to custom IT services.

2. IT Services (Installation & Maintenance)

Bellandro Systems provides custom IT services, including software installation, system maintenance, and technical support.

By purchasing a service from Bellandro Systems, you expressly consent to:

  • The execution of the service based on your request.
  • The understanding that services are manually performed and tailored to your needs.
  • The loss of your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has started.

3. Service Execution & Refund Conditions

  • If the service has not yet begun, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Once the service has started, payments are non-refundable.
  • If the service cannot be completed due to technical limitations, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Bellandro Systems.

4. Service Issues

If a service does not match the agreed scope, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe.

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Resolve the issue.
  • Provide corrections where applicable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue, please email us at info@bellandro.com with your service details and a brief explanation of your request.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe via the original payment method.

6. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by applicable laws, while respecting mandatory consumer protection regulations in the Client’s country of residence.
