Common Questions
Do I pay immediately when I add to cart?
Adding to cart does not charge you. Payment is only processed after we complete a scoping call and confirm the exact scope of work in writing. You will receive confirmation before any charge is made.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, and SEPA Direct Debit for EU bank transfers. Both are available at checkout.
How is the work delivered?
All services are performed manually by our technical team — on-site or via secure remote access, agreed with you in advance during the scoping call.
What if my project is larger than a package?
If your requirements exceed a package’s scope, we will provide a revised quote before any work begins. No surprise charges — ever.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. A VAT invoice is issued automatically after payment confirmation, in compliance with Spanish and EU invoicing requirements.
