2. Scope of Services

Bellandro offers boutique IT solutions, software installations, and digital products. By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). In accordance with Spanish tax law, prices are subject to IVA (21%) where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products and software licenses are delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email information provided by the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with Article 103(m) of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users:

Digital Content: The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the performance has begun (e.g., once a download link is clicked or a license key is issued).
Services: For bespoke IT consulting or installation, refunds are only available if the service hasn’t started.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

Your privacy is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish LOPDGDD. By using our services:

Lawful Basis: We process your data to fulfill our contract with you (processing orders) and to comply with legal tax obligations.
Third Parties: Your payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, code, and content provided through Bellandro are protected intellectual property. You are granted a non-transferable license for use. You may not resell or redistribute our products.

8. Electronic Invoicing

By purchasing from Bellandro, you explicitly consent to receive invoices in electronic format via email to comply with Spanish Tax Agency requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish Law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, Spain.
